Overview

As a Business Development Manager or Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing the business in a specific area or market. You will be responsible for developing and executing on a sales plan that grows the business, and you will also be responsible for working with partners to drive sales. In addition, you will be responsible for building relationships with key customers and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Selling of Medical Equipment related to Intensive Care Devices & Respiratory Devices –Patient Monitor, ECG machine, CPAP, Neutralizers and medical accessories and supplies in order to generate lead and close the deal.
  • Performing all preventative and corrective maintenance on all equipment required for production facility like Patient monitor, ECG machine, Defibrillator, CPAP, Neutralizers,Ventilator etc.
  • Determine repair and modification work needed on equipment as per equipment modalities regulations and protocols.
  • Ensure that all customer queries were answered and all complaints resolved within minimum time.
  • Troubleshooting on equipment and determined cause of malfunction.
  • Assisting and consulting dealers and nursing administration about products, accessories, AMCs and medical supplies.
  • Relationship building with key accounts, medical fraternity and channel partners.

Desire candidate profile

  • Good command over English, Hindi and the regional language is required.
  • Should possess good communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • From the healthcare / medical industry.
  • Local candidates with knowledge of the market preferred.
